Our Consumer Sales Centre is staffed by bilingual Licensed Insurance Agents (LIAs) who sell products on behalf of corporate and direct clients. They undergo comprehensive training and receive regular coaching to ensure they are well versed with our entire suite of products and kept abreast of regulatory changes.

All LIAs are fully trained on partnership service standards, policy features and benefits, as well as effective strategies for closing sales opportunities. They are focused on providing sales solutions to our partners and clients by addressing their needs and questions seven days a week between 8am and 10pm EST on weekdays and between 9am an 5pm EST on weekends including holidays.
